Christmas Concert Strings and Soprano at Prague Castle
Come to relax during the hustle and bustle of Christmas and listen to the beautiful classical tunes of the world's famous composers.
With a chamber ensemble of musicians from leading Czech orchestras and an opera singer, you can look forward to the festive melodies by M. A. Charpentier, G. F. Händel, W. A. Mozart and also Christmas Carols. The duration of the concert is approximately one hour. St. George's Basilica is not heated, therefore it is recommended to dress warmly.
The dominant feature of the Prague panorama is Prague Castle. This view is hard to imagine without the two white towers of St. George's Basilica, which have been rising above the red roofs of old Prague for nearly a thousand years in good times and bad.
